ATS is a new business partnership created in 2010 with the specific purpose of providing a consultancy led managed service team who specialise in deploying both Telephony and IT business solutions from the "in the cloud" model.
ATS consultancy is formed around a team of highly experienced technical sales and solution engineers all of which have impressive backgrounds delivering and deploying "in Network" solutions and services to clients such as the NHS, Major high street Banks, Call and Contact Centres, Government and many other Market sectors such as finance, manufacturing and distribution.
ATS works by examining the clients business processes to identify how the business can meet its projected KPI's . Whilst showing how this can be acheived through adoption of service solutions that provide compeling ROI's that have moved our clients forward towards using or expanding their engagement with "hosted" deployment. Our initiatives allow us to identify significant opportunities to make and or drive revenues whilst improving the experience, environment and Happy quota for your business, its workers and its customers.
